Hello farmer,
Are you able to share some very basic principles of crop rotation? I have no idea!

Hi Peta,
The basic principle is to have a process of rotating crops, in order to improve the quality of a beds soil conditions.
There are many books written on different formal rotation systems. These will inform you on what rules to follow. However, many city growers don’t have that much available growing space, to practice such systems. The main rule that I think you should adhere too, is not to plant the same kind of crop into the same ground the following season. As this tends to attach soil borne pests and disease.
